Customer Information
DELIVERY
On receipt of an order, we will make every effort to dispatch within 24 hours of payment. However, if we do not have items in stock we will notify you and either send what we do have or give you a date by which we do expect to have all items available for dispatch. All orders will be sent out 2nd Class mail.

RETURNS
If on receipt of any goods that are faulty you notify us immediately you discover the problem we will replace the item. Under some circumstances we may ask for the damaged item to be returned to us. On receipt of the damaged item we will send you a full refund of the cost of postage.

PAYMENT
We offer a credit/debit card system for payment. Alternatively you can pay by PayPal or send us a cheque or postal order. Of course if you call at our shop we will always accept cash but it is not a good idea to send cash through the post.

PRIVACY POLICY/DATA PROTECTION
All and any information that we have for or about customers will be held securely under the rules of data protection.
